1. Increasing yield mechanism of plastic film mulching. Plastic film mulching has the following functions: first, it raises the ground temperature and improves the soil environment of the tillage layer. Plastic film mulching can make full use of solar energy and store light and heat in the soil. The experimental results showed that plastic film mulching could increase the surface temperature by 0.4-7.3ºC and the depth of 10cm underground by 0.9-5.0ºC. This effect could meet the temperature requirements of seed potato germination and root growth, promote the rapid growth of plant vegetative organs and prolong the growth period, which was conducive to potato formation. Planting potato in high altitude humid area has significant effect on raising ground temperature, improving heat condition, promoting normal ripening and increasing yield.
3. Strong adaptability. Planting depth and width, ridge width and row spacing can be adjusted according to planting habits in different regions.
4. Advanced potato ridge control technology. the existing potato planter mostly uses plough type supporting soil plate or disk type supporting soil plate, its Angle is not easy to adjust, irregular ridge shape. The potato planter broke through the inherent mode and developed the disc type ridge loader, which expanded the application range, making the applicable row spacing higher than the current 600-700mm to 700-900mm, and the suitable plant spacleakageing higher than the current 200-350mm to 170-440mm. The ridge shape control is more diversified and can meet different agronomic requirements.
5. Pesticide spraying uniform. The spraying system uses PTFE nozzle with higher degree of atomization, not only its Angle can be adjusted, but also the traditional spraying after planting potato is changed to front and back spraying, so that the coverage is more tight.
