1. The separation effect of soil and potatoes is good. 2. Low skin breaking rate: scientifically adjust different vibration amplitude according to potato soil content and potato movement track at different stages of transportation. The grid type transportation separation device is mainly composed of toothed tape, special steel grid, driving wheel, passive wheel and shaking wheel. The driving wheel is a rubber tooth, which is well meshed with the steel grid, with light wear, long service life, reliable use, and less damage to potatoes, reducing the potato skin breaking rate by less than 2%.

4. High conveying efficiency. The conveying arm is foldable and takes up less space. The entire lifting conveying device is divided into continuous U-shaped potato bags by a 20cm plastic mesh fence at an equal distance. The potatoes will not roll during the lifting process. It is more stable than the slope conveying device, with a larger lifting angle and higher efficiency. The high-strength, perforated and elastic mesh conveying device is used to further screen the clay on the potato skin during the conveying process.
