       This product is four ridges haulm chop machine. It can complete the chop and combing of potato haulm at one time.  Through the mechanical chop of potato haulm is the potato tuber skin full aging, and the stem haulm separation is easier, the aging of potato skin is conducive to the mechanization of potato harvest, the machine is convenient to operate, good reliability, high efficiency, to ensure the quality of commercial potato, after crushing the potato haulms returned to the field, can improve soil fertility.
       The potato haulm chop machine is suitable for cutting and chopping potato haulm before harvest with ridge spacing of 90 cm, ridge height between 15 and 30 cm, and ridge girth no more than 110 cm.  The soil moisture content is required to be no more than 25%, and the recommended speed of operation is 4 to 7 kilometers per hour. The machine has been widely used in China and other areas.

1. Double helix technology of haulm chop knife: The haulm chop knife of the potato haulm chop machine is symmetrical distributed in a double helix on the haulm chop axis.  There are 5 kinds of haulm chop blade shapes, and the length is different, the blade is singly connected to the haulm chop axis, a haulm chop knife can be replaced separately when damaged or worn seriously, easy to adjust and maintain, and the movement track of the haulm chop knife is basically the same as the ridge shape, to ensure the crushing effect.  The haulms and weeds in the potato field are removed to facilitate the later potato harvest.

 

2. The wheel adjustment technology: through the wheel adjustment handle can adjust the height of the haulm chop machine and the ground, can be adjusted according to the planting characteristics of different areas, improve the regional adaptability of the whole machine.

 

3. Diversion partition technology: the diversion partition runs along the top of the potato ridges, which shunts the removed haulms and weeds to the furrows on both sides, which is conducive to the harvest of the later harvester.

 
4. Anti-reverse overrunning clutch device: the device is embedded in the output shaft of the gearbox to prevent the reverse rotation of the blade, ensure that the parts are not easy to damage, and also protect the gearbox and the rear output shaft.
